In this lesson I teach you an original song I wrote called "Gone Too Soon". It's in the Key of G and is a nice slow & pretty song that's a lot of fun to play. It has tons of arpeggios and also room for you to really use dynamics in your playing. (Playing Soft or Loud or in between) This tune sounds great played just solo Dobro. Also, I've put the Chords in the Tablature so you could have someone back you up on guitar if you want too. I think you'll really have fun playing this one!!!

This is an original tune that I wrote called "THE PHOENIX". It's a fun little tune in the Key of G Minor. Lots of really great chords in this one too! It basically has 2 parts. The first part is in 3/4 or waltz time and then the 2nd part goes to 4/4 time and has lots of great Hammer Ons and Pull Offs, and a technique called "String Skipping".

I really love to play this one, and hope you will too. It's a challenging yet really rewarding piece. Lots of licks and chords to really work on cleaning up your playing.
