Nearer My God To Thee - Gospel Hymn For Dobro

In this lesson I teach you my arrangement of the classic Gospel Hymn "NEARER MY GOD TO THEE". It's a great song if you're looking for something fairly easy but really pretty, and it even has a challenging Slant in it as well as a challenging Ending Lick. This one has alot of arpeggios and is great for working on your intonation of melody with arpegiated chords. I made a sparse Jam Track where I played Bass and a "Telecaster" style guitar part with Vibrato to give it a unique kind of "Desert-Rolling Tumble Weed" sound.

I'm not sure if it's true or not, but it's often said that this was the last song the musicians on the Titanic played before it went down.
